DALY MALE RETURN POLICY

We want to ensure you are as happy with your purchase as possible,

Returns or Exchanges are no problem; the below conditions apply.

 

If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we

can this sorted for you.

  • If you choose the Refund option, the amount refundable must be returned in the same method you purchased, If you purchased on any Visa, Mastercard etc it needs to also be refunded onto the same card used.

  • You can return most items excluding Swimwear & Underwear for a refund or exchange, within 14 days of receiving your original order, excluding any postage costs.

  • If you'd like a refund for your goods, we need to physically have the goods in hand to process this for you.

  • We will refund the amount you paid when you purchased the item. This includes any sale items at time of purchase.

  • We do our best to accept all returns, All returns and exchanges need to be in the condition at time of purchase. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you, If you are returning/exchanging something via post and you are unsure please contact us prior to sending.

  • The product is your responsibility until it reaches our store. Please ensure you package the product to the best of your ability to avoid damage in transit as you may be liable. 

  • We are not responsible to return/exchange any items that were purchased from another retailer, even if we happen to carry the same product.

  • When you received your order you should have received an invoice within the package, Please return this invoice if you are exchanging/refunding via post and on the bottom of the invoice please outline reason for return.

  • Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.
