Delivery & Shipping

You have the option to have your item delivered to your specified address or the option of Click & Collect which is a new feature available free of charge with a 3 hour turnover period within business hours.

 

Please note that dispatch delays may be experienced during sale or promotional periods due to a higher than usual volume of orders.

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include tracking details relating to your order. 

Ownership of the products purchased once delivered becomes responsibility of the purchaser, Please ensure the delivery address chosen has a safe place for products to be left by courier if no one is present, otherwise Please ensure you notify us directly when order is made so we can enable Signature required option.

Tracking Your Order 

Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery, Please ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. We will supply a tracking link so that you can track and trace your order at any time. Daly Male is not liable for any costs associated with resending an order due to delivery address details being incorrect. 

 

Lost or Damaged Goods

You can also track the status of your order for Australia Post or for Toll. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days for Australian deliveries from the date of order or is damaged in transit, please email us dalymale@optusnet.com.au or call between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday AEST so that we can assist you. 

Possible Delayed Deliveries 


Please allow 2-5 extra days for delivery to accommodate for public holidays, limited staffing and delays from COVID-19 and/or delivery providers. Many thanks in advance, Blame Terry!!
